If we feel aligned, we’ll schedule an on-site visit ($500 in San Antonio, slightly higher for surrounding areas). This visit allows us to walk through your space, share initial ideas and provide a general overview of potential costs and timelines. If you decide to move forward during the initial consultation and sign our design agreement, the consultation fee is waived.

Once the agreement is signed, we begin documenting your space with precise measurements and photographs. Next, we ask you to share an “idea book” filled with inspirations—photos from Pinterest, Instagram, Houzz or any medium that feels natural to you. During a follow-up conversation, we’ll dive deeper into your preferences from favorite colors to functional needs like homework-friendly kitchen islands or entryway shoe storage.
