If we align, we schedule an on-site visit (or office meeting for new builds) to walk through your space, discuss possibilities and share a general overview of costs and timelines. Should you sign a design agreement and pay the retainer during the initial consultation, the visit fee is waived.

Step 2: Vision & Space Planning

We document your existing space (if applicable) with measurements and photographs. You’ll share your “idea book”—a collection of photos, Pinterest boards or inspiration notes. We’ll review your preferences and discuss how you use your space, focusing on both functionality and style.

Step 3: Design Concept & Drawings

We develop scaled drawings for cabinetry, millwork, furniture layouts and lighting plans. With these detailed plans, every permanent and functional element is thoughtfully integrated. We can also create 3D renderings of your space, if you wish.

Step 4: Material & Fixture Selection

One client, for example, asked us to design their stunning mountain-modern home several states away in Colorado. Between virtual and in-person meetings, we designed a home that features streamlined rustic materials, sleek black-framed windows and native landscaping. Inside, we designed custom cabinetry and a striking fireplace wall and selected all fixtures, finishes, furnishings and accessories.
