Our Services & Process

Our in-house interior designer and ICC-Certified National Residential Homebuilder will collaborate on your custom home (on your own lot or one of ours) in the San Antonio-metro area. Our Furniture Specification and Installation service may be added.

We can rework floorplans, design and produce plans for custom cabinetry, architectural features such as fireplace walls, staircase details, decorative wall paneling and more. Our own construction services are limited to new builds in the San Antonio area.

For our local and national clients, we offer space planning and selection of furniture, art, rugs, lamps, accessories, custom window treatments, bedding, custom throw pillows, and more. Our team with take care of the ordering, tracking, white-glove delivery, and installation of each item.

For clients located outside of San Antonio, we offer design and drafting of full remodel plans, evaluation of existing architectural plans, material specification, furniture specification and installation, and project management with the contractor of your choice.

Available with a qualifying furniture purchase, we offer light updates to personalize and update your existing home. Services may include adding wallcoverings, changing lighting and hardware, adding decorative molding, painting walls, ceilings, or cabinetry, or making flooring updates in small spaces.
